| 内容記述 | 【目的】本研究はクローン病患者のセルフケアを支援するために必要となる看護アセスメントの視点を明らかにすることを目的とした。 【方法】クローン病患者の看護実践経験のある看護師12名にインタビューを行い、得られたデータを質的に分析しカテゴリー化した。 【結果】分析の結果、[自分の病気・治療・社会資源についての関心と理解]、[病気の受け止めとセルフケアの目標]、[ライフスタイル・ライフイベントに合わせたセルフケアの実践]、[病状に応じたセルフケアの実践]、[ストレスの認知と対処]、[周囲からのサポート]の6つのカテゴリーが生成された。 【考察】看護師は、患者がありたい姿の実現に向け、病気や治療および社会資源に関心をもち周囲からのサポートを得ているのか、病状に応じて、あるいはライフスタイル・ライフイベントに合わせてどのようにセルフケアを実践しているのか、包括的な視点でアセスメントする必要がある。 |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the nursing assessment perspectives necessary to support selfcare among patients with Crohn's disease. Methods: Twelve nurses with experience in treating patients with Crohn's disease were interviewed. The data obtained were then qualitatively analyzed and categorized. Results: The results of the analysis revealed the following categories: [interest in and understanding of one's disease, treatment, and social resources], [acceptance of disease and goals for self-care], [practicing self-care according to one's lifestyle, and life events], [practicing self-care for medical conditions], [recognizing and coping with stress] and [support from others around patients]. Conclusion: Nurses need to assess from a comprehensive perspective how patients practice self-care according to their medical conditions or in accordance with their lifestyle and life events, while maintaining an interest in and understanding of one's disease, treatment, and social resources and obtaining support from others around patients, in order to realize their ideal state of being. |
