| 内容記述 | 質問内容は基本属性,祖父母との同居,認知症高齢者と接した経験である.認知症高齢者のイメージを自由筆記による文章で回答を得た.解析は,テキストマイニングのソフトウェアKH Coderを用いた.本研究は,C大学の倫理委員会の承認を受けた.対象者に研究の趣旨と内容を説明し,データは個人情報の漏洩に注意した.本研究の結果,対象者は199人(男性77人,女性122人)であった.抽出単語は,「忘れる,もの忘れ,大変,記憶,病気」が頻出語であった.クラスター分析では,5つのクラスターが抽出された.高校生の認知症高齢者イメージは,「脳機能の障害で記憶力が低下し,介護が必要で大変な病気である」などが明らかになった.認知症高齢者と接する体験でイメージを変化させる可能性があると思われ,支援の必要性を考える機会となりうるとも考えられた. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The study aims to clarify images of the elderly with dementia among high school students. A questionnaire survey was conducted for first-year high school students. We had the students write images of elderly person with dementia in words. The analysis method used KH Coder of text mining software. This study was approved by the C University Ethics Committee. Questionnaire contents were explained to the subjects, and the data was screened for leakage of personal information. The study recruited 199 participants, of whom 77 were male and 122 were female. A total of 2194 extracted words were further reduced to 393 words. The extracted words were : Forget, forgetfulness, hard, memory, illness. In the cluster analysis, five clusters were extracted. The image of elderly people with dementia among high school students was "a serious illness in which memory ability declined due to brain function disorder and nursing was necessary". It was suggested that high school students are expected to have the opportunity to think about image changes and the need for support. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
