| 内容記述 | 本研究は、精神看護学演習において看護学生のコミュニケーション能力を培うために演習に心理劇を用いることの意義について検討した。臨床経験の豊富な看護者が監督者になって行った心理劇体験後に、学生のレポートを分析した。その結果、記述内容から45のカテゴリーが抽出された。心理劇体験の過程において、演習開始時学生は、戸惑いや不安を感じていた。ウォームアップの段階では緊張も解け、劇を受け入れる態勢になった。更に「過去の特別な記憶」「こころの内面」の2つのドラマ(劇化:アクション)とシェアリングの進行と共に次第に没入し、振り返りによる自己理解から、他者との向き合い、気づきによる共感、他者理解へと意識が深化していた。看護を展開するのに必要とされる相手との関係に関心を寄せ続ける能力を育成し、精神看護に必要なコミュニケーション技術を習得するためには、心理劇体験での効果を生かした学習支援が必要と考える。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to let nursing students experience the role-playing of the psychodrama in psychiatry nursing practice and examine the process that the students get to the self-discovery and mutual understanding through the role-playing of psychodrama. Thea data were gathered from 104 students' reports after psychodrama. The result showed that, at first, students were disoriented, and felt anxiety. But, in warm-up part of the drama, they gradually relaxed, and began to accept the situation. In two action parts of dramas, they were not only sharing the same emotion, but also had an empathy with each other. At the same time, students were confronted with the partner's inner world and applied it to their own experiences. In the process, it seems that they could get an insight of multiple dimensions of human-relations. This insight is considered to play an important part when nurses communicate with patients in nursing care. So, it is very useful to provide psychodrama experiences for nursing student. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
