Thea data were gathered from 104 students' reports after psychodrama. The result showed that, at first, students were disoriented, and felt anxiety. But, in warm-up part of the drama, they gradually relaxed, and began to accept the situation. In two action parts of dramas, they were not only sharing the same emotion, but also had an empathy with each other. At the same time, students were confronted with the partner's inner world and applied it to their own experiences. In the process, it seems that they could get an insight of multiple dimensions of human-relations. This insight is considered to play an important part when nurses communicate with patients in nursing care.
