本研究の新たな見地は、統合失調症患者の誤嚥が、構音障害と比較的強い相関や、流涎尺度、及び失見当識尺度と弱い相関を明らかにすることであり、これらは、先行研究では決して報告されることはなかった。本研究は、統合失調症患者の誤嚥と関連がある因子を発見する目的で、精神症状、錐体外路症状、舌運動、及び誤嚥との関連をみた。そこでは、精神症状評価尺度(BPRS :Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale)、錐体外路症状評価尺度(DIEPSS:Drug Induced Extra-Pyramidal Symptoms Scale)、改訂水飲みテスト、標準ディサースリア検査(AMSD:Assessment of Motor Speech for Dysarthria)、これら4つの尺度を用いた。対象者は、精神科病院に入院中の男性15名、女性15名であった。対象者平均年齢は、59.47±SD11.7歳で、平均罹患期間は7.30±SD8.0年であった。 |

The innovative aspect of this research is to find that the aspiration in schizophrenic patients has relatively strong correlation with "dysarthria", while it has weak correlation with "disorientation" and "sialorrhea", which has never been reported in existing researches. This research aimed at the relation of the aspiration with psychiatric symptoms, extra-pyramidal symptoms, and the movements of a tongue, in order to identify factors related to the aspiration in schizophrenic patients. For the detection of those four scales, BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale), DIEPSS (Drug Induced Extra-Pyramidal Symptoms Scale), and the Modified Water Swallowing Test (3ml of water), AMSD (Assessment of Motor Speech for Dysarthria) were used. Thea objects were inpatients of 15 men and 15 women in a psychiatric hospital. The average age of the object was 59.47 with ±SD11.76 and the average year of disease period was 27.39 ±SD8.01. |
