| 内容記述 | 本研究では，①年中・年長児をもつ保護者の靴の選び方，②家庭内での動作，③家庭内のトイレ，リビング，寝具を含む生活様式，④足底状況，⑤年中・年長児の運動機能と転倒経験がどのように関連しているのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。研究方法は，年中・年長児とその保護者を対象とした。方法は，保護者に生活様式，これまでの転倒経験について質問紙調査を行い，年中・年長児にはフットプリンター® を用いて足底状況について測定し，片足立ちなどの運動機能を評価した。その結果，保護者は，靴の選び方で子どもの足のサイズを最も重視し，靴の種類は運動靴が最も多く，子どもの足よりやや大きめを選んでいた。年中・年長児には浮き趾や回内足がある児が70% 以上おり，家庭内では正座をしている児が最も多く，次に割座，長座，あぐらであった。転倒経験は，家庭内で長座や割座をしている児に多く，家庭内ではリビングがフローリングより畳の方が，寝具はベッドより敷布団の方に多い傾向であった。さらに家庭内での年中・年長児の動作と足底状況は，浮き趾と正座，回内足と割座に関連がみられた。しかし，年中・年長児の足底状況と転倒経験の関連は明らかにならなかった。そのため，年中・年長児の転倒経験には，家庭内での動作の正座や割座との関連があり，生活様式ではリビングが畳であることや寝具が敷布団であることの関連が考えられた。したがって，臨床において看護職が幼児の家庭内の動作や生活様式まで把握することで転倒リスクを軽減できる可能性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify how choice of shoes, lifestyle, foot condition, and motor function affect fall risk in early, middle, and late childhood. Parents were asked about their children’s home situations and how they chose shoes. The soles of the children’s feet were measured using the Foot PrinterTM. More than 70% of the children had floating soles and prostheses, and the largest proportion of them were sitting at home with their families, followed by those who wore shoes with the crucifix, long seat, and crocodile soles. The risk of falling was greater among children who spent more time sitting and wore shoes with split soles. The houses they lived in tended to have more tatami mats than flooring and more bedding than beds. However, the relationship between the children’s foot conditions and risk of falling was not clear. Furthermore, in terms of children’s movement within the home and condition of their shoes’soles, a relationship was found between the floating and sitting soles, as well as between the pronation of the foot and the claps. Therefore, the fall risk of very young and older children is related to the amount of time spent sitting and their circling movements within the home. Moreover, risk was associated with lifestyle factors including having a tatami mat in the living room and a mattress as bedding. |
