| 内容記述 | 本研究は、思春期の口唇裂・口蓋裂患者がもつ親に対する認識とニーズを明らかにし、支援への示唆を得ることを目的とした。14〜18歳の口唇裂・口蓋裂患者9名を対象に半構造化面接調査を行い、質的帰納的に分析した。その結果、72コードから23サブカテゴリーを抽出し、7カテゴリーを得た。思春期の患者は認知機能の発達とともに、親から説明を受けることで疾患や治療への理解を深めていた。しかし、思春期では親から徐々に心理的自立を図っているために、患者が疾患や治療の悩みを一人で抱え込んでしまう可能性があることが示唆された。医療従事者は患者の自立を育む姿勢をもって、親と患者に継続的に関わっていくことが重要である。(著者抄録) | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the cognition of adolescent patients with cleft lip and/or palate toward their parents and to make appropriate recommendations to provide support． Semi︲structured interviews were held with nine 14︲ to 18︲year︲old patients with cleft lip and/or palate．The results were analyzed qualitatively．Based on verbatim interview transcripts，each part of the sentence considered to be meaningful was labeled using a code， following which subcategories and categories were generated． We identified 7 categories：“I feel reliability on my parents”，“I feel considerate and grateful toward my parents”，“The explanation provided by my mother about CLP has deepened my understanding”，“I am unable to understand CLP immediately despite the explanation provided by my mother”，“I have to follow my parents’decision about treatment”，“I do not talk with my parents about CLP”and“I expect parents of patients with CLP to have positive attitude”． It was suggested that their understanding of the cleft lip and/or palate and the treatment improved with the development of their cognitive function by receiving explanation from their parents． However，adolescent patients gradually tried to be psychologically independent from their parents．Adolescent parents might take on a trouble of their condition or the treatment all on themselves during the course of adolescent development． It is important for medical staff to conduct assessments about how adolescent patients and their parents understand cleft lip and/or palate and the treatment， and to provide continuance support to ensure he independence of their patients． |
