| 内容記述 | 国際協力機構（JICA）とインドネシア国保健省との合意が2012 年に成立し、「インドネシア看護実践能力強 化プロジェクト」が開始された。本学クリティカルケア領域は、災害看護／クリティカルケア／救急看護分野 におけるカリキュラム開発を支援することとなった。クリティカルケア基礎カリキュラム（ICU カリキュラム） の教育手段の一つとしてシミュレーション教育を導入するため、2014 年に患者シミュレーターがインドネシア 大学ほか5 大学に供与された。短期専門家は、シミュレーション教育の導入と定着、患者シミュレーターの有 効活用とマネジメントの確立、指導者育成に向けた支援をミッションとして活動を開始した。インドネシア国 の医療と看護のニーズに適応した教材をカウンターパート自身が開発できることを目標とし、教授設計を基盤 としたシミュレーション教育の指導に取り組んだ。インドネシア国でのワークショップは、2015 年、2016 年、 2017 年に1 回ずつ実施した。最終的には、教授設計に基づいたシナリオ開発とシミュレーション教育の実践、 カウンターパートによるワークショップの開催が可能となり、当プロジェクトへのミッションは完了した。今 後はカウンターパートが中心となり、クリティカルケア領域に従事する看護師を対象としたICU カリキュラム の運用が始まる予定である。本稿は実践報告として、第2 回と第3 回のワークショップの目標達成度を振り返 り、完了したミッションの成果と課題について報告する。 |

| 内容記述 | The objective of the present study was to evaluate practical training for simulation-based learning in the basic critical care curriculum part 2 and part 3 of the Project for Enhancement of Nursing Competency in Indonesia through In-Service Training. The project was implemented from 2012 to 2017 under the agreement on technical cooperation between the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Health in the Republic of Indonesia. Methodologically, disaster nursing/critical care/emergency nursing curriculum was developed, assisted by the critical care unit members of Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing. In 2014 the participants were the University of Indonesia and five other universities, where patient simulators were donated to test simulation-based learning as one of the instructional tools in basic critical care curriculum, that is, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) curriculum. Short-term experts facilitated their Indonesian counterparts to develop training materials that would fulfill the medical and nursing care needs in Indonesia. They aimed at the initiation and establishment of simulation-based learning, effective use of patient simulators and their management, and support for instructor training. They focused on teaching simulation-based learning based on an instructional design in the workshops held in Indonesia once a year in 2015, 2016, and 2017. As a result, the achievements of the completed missions were clarified through the investigation of the goal attainment for the second and third workshops: first, the Indonesian counterparts became able to develop scenarios based on the instructional design to implement simulation-based learning; second, they were also skilled in holding workshops independently; and third, the experts confirmed the objective of this project was attained. On the other hand, the challenges were also revealed: first, to improve instructional skills; second, to train instructors; third, to build management capabilities for implementing simulation-based learning; and fourth, to evaluate and verify simulation-based learning. In conclusion, it is anticipated that soon the counterparts will be proficient in taking charge of implementing ICU curriculum for nurses who work in the critical care domain. |
