| 内容記述 | 本研究は、10代妊婦が妊娠に気づいてから出産に至るまでの妊娠を継続するプロセスを明らかにすることを目的とした。妊娠確定時に未婚で初産の10代妊婦4人を対象に、妊娠を継続するプロセスについて、妊娠9ヶ月時にライフライン描写後、ナラティブ・インタビューを、さらに産後1ヶ月時に半構成的面接を実施し、質的分析を行った。妊娠を継続するプロセスにおいて4人に共通するライフイベントは「妊娠がわかる」のみで、1人ひとりのライフイベントは多様性に富んでいた。4人のライフラインは共通して妊娠前半にピークまで下がり、妊娠後半から出産まで徐々に上がっていた。2人以上に共通したストレスフルライフイベントは、パートナーに関することであり、10代妊婦は妊娠前半にパートナーとの関係性やパートナーの曖昧な態度によって精神的葛藤や心理的ストレスがみられた。10代妊婦それぞれが、家族に妊娠継続を反対された場合に妊娠継続の理解を得るためのプロセス、パートナーの曖昧な態度や不安定な仕事の場合にパートナーを説得するためのプロセス、望んだ妊娠で家族に妊娠継続の理解を得ることができた場合であっても、パートナーの職場のトラブルによる経済的問題を解決するためのプロセス、つわりなどのマイナートラブルに対処するプロセスにおいて、様々な葛藤をしながら妊娠を継続していくことが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the process to continue pregnancy prior to giving birth in pregnant teenagers focusing on emotional side and social coping. Four pregnant teenagers who were unmarried and primiparous at the time they became pregnant were asked to describe life events by drawing a lifeline. A narrative interview was conducted at 9 months of pregnancy and a semi-structured interview at 1 month after delivery (regarding the process to continue pregnancy before delivery). The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The only life event common to the four pregnant teenagers in the process to continue pregnancy was “noticing pregnancy”. Each subject’s life events were full of variety. All of the subject’s lifelines bottomed in the first half of pregnancy, then rose gradually from the second half. Stressful life events that were common to more than two of the subjects were related to their partner. Pregnant teenagers became emotionally stressed in the first half of pregnancy due to the relationship between their partner and their partner’s noncommittal attitude. These results suggested that pregnant teenagers continue their pregnancies despite various conflicts in the following processes such as the process to get approval of continuing the pregnancy by her family if she had been objected and the process to persuade her partner if her partner had a noncommittal attitude and unstable work. It was also suggested that even if the pregnancy was intended and the approval of the family had been obtained, there were processes to solve the economic problem due to a trouble of the partner’s job and minor problems such as dealing with morning sickness. | |||||||||||||||||||||
