| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は助産師がもつ胎児･新生児･乳幼児の発達に関する理解度とその活用度､役立ち度を明らかにすることである｡調査期間は2010年9月から12月で､無記名自己式質問紙調査を行った｡対象者は本研究に同意が得られた32名で､その内訳は就業中の助産師12名および看護師11名と､一般女性9名であった｡助産師の胎児､新生児､乳幼児の発達に関する知識の｢理解度｣｢活用度｣は看護師､一般女性よりも高かった｡しかし｢役立ち度｣は看護師､一般女性よりも低かった｡助産師､看護師､一般女性の胎児知識の｢理解度｣｢役立ち度｣は新生児､乳幼児に比べ低かった｡今後､胎児の発達に関する知識の｢理解度｣が低い理由を明らかにするとともに､胎児の発達に関する基礎研究を進め､助産師が活用し､親教育に役立てる必要がある。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of the present study was to elucidate the knowledge of nurse-midwives regarding development of fetuses, neonates, and infants, and the degrees of application and usefulness of such knowledge. An anonymous, self-report questionnaire survey was conducted between September and December of 2010 on 32 subjects who consented to participate in the present study. Respondents comprised practicing nurse-midwives (n=12) and nurses (n=11), as well as women from the general population (n=9). The proportion of subjects who understood and applied knowledge regarding child development was higher among midwives than among nurses and women from the general population. However, the proportion of subjects who responded that such knowledge was useful was lower among midwives than among nurses and women from the general population. The level of knowledge and its usefulness regarding fetuses among nurse-midwives, nurses and women from the general population, was lower compared to that of neonates and infants. From now on, it is necessary to clarify the reasons surrounding less knowledge regarding fetuses and to advance basic research on fetus development knowledge which nurse-midwives need to carry out the education to parents. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
