| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、実習前演習に地域住民がSPとして参加することによって学生がどのような学びを得ているのかを明らかにすることである。看護過程の展開実習前演習に参加した学生125名を対象に自己式質問紙調査を実施した。演習に参賀した125名のうち、研究協力に同意が得られた106名の回答を分析対象とし（回収率は84.8％、有効回答率は100%）、質問紙の自由記述について質的内容分析を行った。その結果、SPが演習に参加することによる学生の体験として【臨床に近い体験】【模擬患者からの反応をつきつけられる体験】【思い通りにならない体験】の3つのカテゴリーと7つのサブカテゴリーが抽出され、体験による学生の気づきとして、【実体験からの発見】【模擬患者の反応による気持ちの変化】【自己の課題の発掘】の3つのカテゴリーと12のサブカテゴリーが抽出された。また、SPが演習に参加することによる学生の変化としては、【視野の広がり】【学習意欲の向上】の2つのカテゴリーと5つのサブカテゴリーが抽出された。 以上より、学生はSPが演習に参加することによって看護のリアリティを模擬体験し、その体験によって学生は感情を揺さぶられ、多くの気づきへとつながっていた。また、これらの体験や気づきから学生には様々な変化が起こることが明らかとなった。今後は本研究を基に演習の方法と学生の学びの関連について学生にインタビューを行い、SP参加型教育が学生の学びにどのような影響を与えているのかを明らかにし、本学におけるSP参加型教育の指針を明確化することが課題である。 |

| 内容記述 | The present study aimed at clarifying the learning outcomes of nursing students who experienced interaction with community residents acting as simulated patients (SP) during pre-clinical laboratory practicum. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 106 out of 125 students enrolled in the nursing process laboratory practicum, who consented to participate in the study (response rate: 84%, valid response rate: 100%). We conducted qualitative content analysis of responses provided to open-ended questions. Three general themes were identified from the results: 1) ‘students’ experiences of SP participation in laboratory practice’, which included 4 categories: “experiencing closeness to clinical settings”, “experiencing simulated patient’s responses”, and “experiencing that things don’t go Justas we expect” and 7 subcategories, 2) ‘students’ perceptions of self’ was extracted from 3 categories: “experience led discoveries”, “emotional changes due to SP patients reactions”, “realizing one’s learning tasks/difficulties” and 12 subcategories; 3)’changes experienced by the students’ was extracted from 2 categories: “broadening one’s perspective” and “ increasing one’s motivation to learn” and 5 subcategories. Based on the present study, we plan to conduct further research with a larger sample size to improve reliability and appropriateness. We expect these results to contribute to the draw up of guidelines for SP participation-based education in our institution. |
