| 内容記述 | 若年初産婦の特徴を、有職初産婦・専業初産婦との比較で明らかにし、若年初産婦に共有できる看護方法を検討することを目的に、2001年にA病院で出産した若年初産婦20名と有職初産婦・専業初産婦各20名をランダム抽出し、文献その他より、若年初産婦のケアに必要と思われる181項目を抽出し、外来・入院カルテ、助産録、電話訪問記録よりデータ収集し分析した。その結果、181項目中50項目の若年に有意な項目があった。その事より、(1)情報収集には、性知識、妊娠の知識と思い、日常生活パターン、家族関係、サポート体制、ストレス状況、経済状況が必要である。(2)妊娠期から全員に受け持ち助産師を決め、退院後まで一貫した指導体制が必要である。(3)産褥期は母性意識や新しい役割を獲得し、自立できるように夫・家族を含めた援助が必要である。(4)退院後の地域との連携システムが必要である。など若年初産婦への看護の方向性が明らかになった。これらの分析結果を元に、若年初産婦用の情報収集用紙、アセスメント用紙、看護計画・評価用紙を作成した。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim is to make clear the characteristics of teenage pregnant women and to make a common nursing way for them. This research involved 20 post-partum women (teenagers, full-time workers, housewives) in random from all post-partum women at A hospital in 2001. At first we chose 181 items needed for the nursing care of teenage pregnant women from literature and so on. After that we collected the data from outpatient charts, inpatient charts, deliver charts and telephone visiting charts. As a result, we got 50 meaningful items of the 181 items. After all we could find the important characteristics of teenage pregnant women and we could make new information sheets, assessment sheets, nursing care sheets and evaluation sheets. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
