This research involved 20 post-partum women (teenagers, full-time workers, housewives) in random from all post-partum women at A hospital in 2001. At first we chose 181 items needed for the nursing care of teenage pregnant women from literature and so on. After that we collected the data from outpatient charts, inpatient charts, deliver charts and telephone visiting charts. As a result, we got 50 meaningful items of the 181 items.
