| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、実習前演習に地域住民がSP として参加することにどのような意義があるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。看護過程の展開実習前演習に模擬患者(simulated patient：以下SP とする)として参加した10 名にフォーカスグループインタビューを行い、質的帰納的研究を行った。その結果、SP 体験の実態は2 つのカテゴリー、10 のサブカテゴリー、40 のコードに分類された。具体的には、【SP 参加型教育への授業改善への示唆】と【地域住民への健康教育の機会】との2 つのカテゴリーと、『学生の反応より生じたSP の戸惑い・驚き』『学生の頑張り・勉強熱心・優しさに触れたことでの気持ちの変化』『学生とのやりとりから生じたSP としての対応の在り方の変化』『SP が考える実習前演習のSP 参加型教育の在り方』『学生のイメージ』『患者のイメージ』『看護師のイメージ』『看護職への期待』『役割意識の変化・向上』『健康観の向上』というサブカテゴリーが抽出された。 これらより、実習前演習にSP が参加することの意義は、SP 参加型教育における授業改善への示唆と地域住民への健康教育の機会となることが明らかとなった。今後は、本研究を基に今後も調査を重ね、調査対象者数を増やし、信頼性・妥当性を高めていくことで、本学におけるSP 参加型教育の指針を明確化することが、今後の課題である。 |

| 内容記述 | The present study aimed to clarify the significance of community residents’ participation as simulated patients (SP) in laboratory practicum of pre-clinical nursing students. Focus group interviews were conducted with 10 community residents who participated as SPs in the nursing process development pre-clinical practicum training. The obtained data were qualitatively and inductively analyzed. SP experiences were classified into 2 categories and 10 subcategories; categories were “suggestions for SP participation-based education class improvement” and “opportunities to provide health education and support to community residents; subcategories were “SP’s confusion embarrassment/surprise that resulted from the students’ reactions”, “change of feelings after observing students’ perseverance/study earnest and gentleness”, “change of the idea/concept/role? of an SP that resulted from interaction with the students”, “ideal way of SP participation-based education in pre-clinical training from the point of view of SPs”, “images of nursing students”, “images of patients”, “images of nurses”, “expectation of nursing profession”, “change/improvement of the role awareness”, and “improvement of the idea of health”. It became clear that SP participation in laboratory practicum of pre-clinical nursing students was significant because it was a source of suggestions for SP participation-based education class improvement and an opportunity to provide community residents with health education and support. Based on the present study, we plan to conduct further research with a larger sample size to improve reliability and appropriateness that contribute to draw up the guidelines for SP participation-based education. |
