| 内容記述 | 国際救援活動に従事する看護職者は、緊急事態のおこっている異文化の環境、自分自身の健康と安全を危険に曝すストレス状況の下で、外傷体験を持った多くの人々に対して看護実践を行う。本報告は、国際救援活動経験を持つ看護職者を対象に、半構成的面接による調査を実施し、彼らがどのようなストレスを受けているのかの内容の分析を試みた。面接対象者3名は、救援活動の只中にあっては、過酷な状況下で様々なストレスに曝されながらも、問題なく任務の遂行に励んでいた。しかし、帰国後、全員が救援活動中に受けたストレスの影響を持続させていた。この結果から、国際救援活動にあたる看護職者のストレスを予防し、派遣後のメンタルヘルスを保つには、(1)国際救助活動の経験を重ねること、(2)職場の同僚・管理者の理解、(3)帰国後の十分な休養と国際救援活動での体験を共有できる場の提供、などが必要であることが考察された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The nurses who warking in the International Relief Activities should take care of the victims experienced physical and mental scars caused by natural disaster. Moreover they station at different cultural environment and even have to keep her/him-self physically safe in stressful situations. This investigation was conducted for three nurses participated in international relief activities, and the stresses experienced by them were analyzed. The data were gathered from semi-structured interviews. The nurses had performed their missions safely and eagerly, under severe conditions while exposed to various stresses. However, after they had returned home, all members experienced the influences of stress under the mission. As a result, for preventing their stresses and keeping their mental health after mission, it is important that the nurses accumulate the experiences of the international relief activities and are facilitated the understanding by their colleagues and the manager, and are offered a meeting to share their experiences and an adequate rest. |
