Moreover they station at different cultural environment and even have to keep her/him-self physically safe in stressful situations.\n  This investigation was conducted for three nurses participated in international relief activities, and the stresses experienced by them were analyzed. The data were gathered from semi-structured interviews. The nurses had performed their missions safely and eagerly, under severe conditions while exposed to various stresses. However, after they had returned home, all members experienced the influences of stress under the mission.
