| 内容記述 | 多様化するコミュニティの健康の保持増進活動を支援する保健師の役割を再検討するために、地域の情報管理のあり方について現状と課題を検討した。調査は、筆者が研修期間中に行った地域活動で得た情報を基に分析を行った。コミュニティ活動の活性化のためには、地域情報が必要であり、その情報は、住民と保健師の双方向の話し合いの基に収集される必要があった。その話し合いのプロセスも住民の自治力を高める機会であると考えた。また、地域情報は、住民の適切な価値判断に資し「住民が情報を読み解く」ことができるように、様々な仕組みを整備していく必要があると考えられた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Our research group examined the present conditions and problems on the local information management in order to make a reexamination of the role PHC supporting various community activities to maintain or promote health. At first, we analyzed information obtained from a local community for the period of my on-the job training course. As a result of the analysis, we learned that the community activities can be successfully established if the community feeling is shared. Thea consciousness that we are sharing the community feeling stimulates townspeople to participate in the design of the community. We need to collect more information from the local community and discuss the interactions between townspeople and public health nurses to activate the community activities. The process of the discussion, we were sure, can give a chance to promote townspeople's activities and raise the community assessment. |
