| 内容記述 | 本研究では、平成16 年度に卒後1 年目研修を受けたA 病院の看護師・助産師が、看護の優先度決定において、さらに高度な判断基準を獲得することを目的とした研修を実施した。研修後の記述内容および感想より、ワークシートを用いた課題に回答することを通して研修目的の1)自己の判断基準を明確化する2)他者の判断基準を知る3)自己の判断基準を拡大する、は達成されていた。研究目的である、卒後2年目の判断基準の獲得状況については、昨年よりも獲得された基準は増加していると推測されたが、抽象化・一般化は不十分であるため問いを工夫する必要がある。また、教材に関しては課題の量と難易度の再考、回答しやすいシートの改善、さらに、アンケートの質問項目の変更の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to observe the development of teaching materials which were used in the advanced training course to ensure that the participants understood the required in order to make a high-level decision. The training course was aimed nurses and the midwives who graduated from a nursing training school 2 years ago. And the objectives were aimed in the advanced training course in 2006, and the objectives were achieved. The objectives were specifically: (1)clarification of a self-criterion, (2)knowledge of others' criteria, (3)expansion of a self-criterion. On the other hand, the number of the criterion which was acquired this year has increased more than last year, but these were not enough number to express them as an abstracted and generalized one. Consequently, necessary to improve the answer box of the worksheets, and to consider the difficulty of each exercises. And in addition, it was suggested the question items should also be improved. | |||||||||||||||||||||
