| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、女性クローン病患者の妊娠、出産、育児に焦点をあてた療養生活の経験について明らかにし、支援のあり方を検討することである。出産、育児経験のある女性クローン病患者3名を対象に半構成的面接によるインタビューを実施し、質的に分析した。その結果、[調子よく過ごせた妊娠期][遺伝と奇形への不安][万全な準備で臨んだ出産][失敗経験から体調と育児のバランスをつかむ][かけがえのない家族に感謝][自然に育まれた子どもの気遣い][療養と出産、育児を両方相談できる存在はいなかった][産み育てて女性の喜びと自信]の8つのカテゴリーが抽出された。家族の理解と協力は心強いもので重要であったが、相談しにくい話題もあり、一人で悩みながら対処することもあった。失敗を乗り越えて自分なりの工夫を体得し、女性、母親としての喜びを感じていた。家族を含めた継続的な支援と相談できる体制作りの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify experience of female patients with Crohn's disease in recuperation, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing so as to explore methods to support such patients. Three female patients with Crohn's disease who had given birth and were engaged in child-rearing had semi-structured interviews. Qualitative analysis of the interview results identified the following eight categories: Comfortable experience in the pregnancy period, Anxiety about genetics and malformations, Thoroughly prepared for childbirth, Balancing one's physical condition with child-rearing learning from past failures, Gratitude toward family members, Naturally acquired concern by the child, Having nobody to consult with regarding medical treatment and child-rearing, and Satisfaction and confidence as a woman who has given birth and is rearing a child. Acceptance and cooperation by family members were found to be encouraging and important during childbirth and child-rearing. However, since women encountered some issues difficult to discuss, they sometimes had to individually worry about and deal with such issues. As women and mothers, they felt satisfied after overcoming failures and learning individual ways of dealing with such issues. Overall, these results suggest that a system for continuous support and consultation that covers family members for the patient's needs to be established. | |||||||||||||||||||||
