| 内容記述 | これまで、看護学生が触診技術を習得する際には、（1）実際に人に触れることと（2）教員が示す標準的なタッチをモデル化すること、の2 つの重要なポイントが重要だった。しかし、2019 年に始まったCOVID-19 のパンデミックにより、非接触トレーニングが標準になり、人々に「触れる」ことが困難になった。そこで、2021 年10月の脈拍測定演習では、学生が自分で「触る」ことを体験できるようにすることを目的に、学生の自発性を引き出す新しい教授法を試みた。まず、これまでのように標準的な手技を学生に示すのではなく、まず自分で指に触れるように促した。このような課題提起を続けた結果、学生の自立が進み、教科書と同様の手技に近い手技を、学生が自ら見いだすことができた。看護技術習得の支援方法として、自分の感覚を自覚し、自分の行動を振り返ることを奨励することが、重要だと考えられる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Abstract: In the past, when Japanese nursing students learned palpation skills, two key points were important: (1) actually touching the person and (2) modeling the standard touch shown by the instructor. However, with the pandemic of COVID-19 starting in 2019, non-contact training have become the norm, making it difficult to "touch" people. Therefore, for the pulse measurement training in October 2021, I developed and introduced a new teaching method that would elicit students’ spontaneity, with the goal of allowing students to experience "touching" on their own. First of all, instead of my showing the students the standard procedure first, as I have done in the past, I first encouraged them to touch their own fingers by themselves. As a result of my continuing to raise issues in this way, emphasizing the students' independence, the students found on their own a form of a procedure similar to the one in the textbook. As a method of supporting students in acquiring nursing skills, encouraging them to become aware of their own senses and to reflect on their actions is effective in nursing education. | |||||||||||||
