| 内容記述 | 目的：クローン病患者のセルフケアの実態を明らかにし，患者のセルフケアを促進する看護実践への示唆を得ることを目的に文献検討を行った． 方法：医学中央雑誌web版，PubMed，CINAHLを用いた文献検索を行い，本テーマに即した30文献について検討した． 結果：クローン病患者のセルフケアの実態として，「クローン病に関する情報の獲得と療養法の模索」，「再燃を回避するための体調コントロール」，「腹部症状による病勢察知からの対処」，「腸管の炎症を起こす引き金となるストレスへの対処」，「試行錯誤により見出した自分に合った療養法の長期的な実践」，「症状コントロールおよび他者との付き合いを維持するための食事と排泄の工夫」，「家族や同病者，医療者からの支えで療養行動を強化」，「クローン病と共に生きる中での充実した生活の維持」が見出された． 考察：患者がありたい姿を意識化でき，セルフケアを編み出すことができるように継続的な支援の必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objective: This study aimed to clarify the actual situations of self-care in patients with Crohn’s disease and to conduct a literature review for the purpose of providing suggestions for nursing practice that facilitates patients’ self-care. Methods: The Japanese Central Review of Medicine, PubMed, and CINAHL were used for the literature search, and 30 articles fitting the theme of this study were reviewed. Results: The actual situations of self-care in patients with Crohn’s disease found were: “acquisition of information about Crohn’s disease and exploration of self-care methods,” “heath control to avoid flare-ups,” “response after the disease was detected with abdominal symptoms,” “handling of stress triggering bowel inflammation,” “long-term practice of a right self-care method found through trials and errors,” “modifications to diet and excretion to control symptoms and maintain relationships with others,” “enhancement of self-care behavior with support by family members, patients with the same disease, and professionals,” and “maintenance of fulfilling life while the patient lives with Crohn’s disease.” Discussion: The result suggests the need for continued support for raising consciousness of what the patient himself/herself wants to be and helping the patient to come up with a right self-care method. |
