本学地域看護学では、2003年度から学生に保健師のスキルや地域保健活動の実際活動や魅力を体験的に学習させるために、宗像市AN地区コミュニティで、地域看護教育プログラム(以下「地域看護プログラム」と表記)の開発を試みてきた。本稿では、地域看護プログラムに協力したコミュニテイ・メンバーへのインタビューを通してその学習支援competenceを分析し、地域住民と協働した地域看護プログラムの開発の意義と課題を考察し、今後の地域看護学教育の質の向上を図ることを目的とした。本地域看護プログラムへの関与を通して、市民協力者はコミュニティの問題として健康保持増進活動に取り組む必要性を認識し、地域看護プログラムに意図的に参加する過程を通して、学生に対する学習支援competenceが強化された。また、市の保健師活動に対する期待も明確になってきた。 |

The curriculum integrating nursing and public health has bees carried out since 1997 and more than 10,000 public health nurses are trained all over the country every year. But working rate of graduates of nursing colleges is no more than 5 or 6 percent. It is pointed out, as the reason, that there is not only shortage of training facilities but also difficulty in maintaining the high quality of the education. To solve those problems, in 2003, our college made the learning program of community health nursing which encourages the students to experience community activities of public health nurses, and put the program into practice in cooperation with AN community in Munakata-city. Through the practical program, the students could experience the process 〈 Plan・do
・see 〉 which public health nurses carry out, and could learn the actual skills.
The local residents also had a good experience, because they could realize, through the participation, that it is important for them to improve their own health.
After completion of the problem, we interviewed the participants of AN community and analyzed the learning competence on the basis of the interviews. In this thesis, we examine the meaning and problems in the development program of the community health education in cooperation of local residents and aim at improvement of the community health nurse education. |
