| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、看護学実習前演習に地域住民が模擬患者（Simulated Patient: SP）として参加することにどのような意義があるのかを明らかにすることである。研究デザインは質的記述的研究とし、地域のコミュニティを通して集まっていただいた地域住民11 名にフォーカスグループインタビューを実施した。その結果、以下の3 点が明らかとなった。 1 ．FGI の結果より、地域住民がSP として演習に参加する意義として、【学習過程にある看護系大学生を知る機会】【学生の看護技術を学ぶステップを知る機会】【学生の将来像をイメージし、看護師に期待する要望を伝える機会】【気軽に演習に参加できる機会】【肯定的な感情を生み出す機会】【私事として健康について学習する機会】という6 つのカテゴリーが抽出された。 2 ．【学習過程にある看護系大学生を知る機会】、【学生の看護技術を学ぶステップを知る機会】、【学生の将来像をイメージし、看護師に期待する要望を伝える機会】というカテゴリーは、SP が看護系大学の演習に参加し、学生と双方向のやり取りを行い、看護教育に直接触れることで得られた意義であると考えることができる。 3 ．【気軽に演習に参加できる機会】、【肯定的な感情を生み出す機会】、【私事として健康について学習する機会】というカテゴリーは、演習に参加し患者疑似体験をしたことで、自身の健康を考える機会としての意義があったと考えることができる。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the significance of community residents’ participation as Simulated Patient (SP) in clinical skills laboratories before nursing students are sent to their first clinical placement. As a result, the following three points were clarified. 1. According to the results of FGI, the significance of local residents participating in the exercise as SP, “The opportunity to know nursing college students in the learning process”and “the opportunity to learn the students’ step of learning nursing skills”, “image of future students’ Opportunity to tell expectations to nurses”, “Opportunities to casually participate in exercises”, “Opportunities to create positive emotions”, “Opportunities to learn about health as privacy”. The six categories were extracted. 2. “Opportunities to know nursing college students in the learning process”, “Opportunities to learn the students’ step of learning nursing skills”, “The opportunity to imagine the future image of the student and convey the request to expect nurses” is SP Can participate in the exercise of a nursing college, interact with students interactively, and can be thought of as the significance obtained by directly touching nursing education. 3. “Opportunities for easy participation in exercises”, “Opportunities to create positive emotions”, “Opportunities to learn about health as private affairs” by thinking about your own health by participating in the exercise and experiencing a patient simulated experience It can be thought that there was significance as opportunity. |
