| 内容記述 | 飛び込み分娩や未受診妊婦に関する文献を通し、その研究動向について、国の施策との関係も交えて考察し、今後の方向性や課題を検討することを目的とした。「飛び込み分娩」「飛び込み出産」「未受診妊婦」を検索ワードとして得られた、最新5 年間(2004 年〜2009 年)の文献72 件のなかで、原著論文20 件と会議録38 件を対象として、研究報告数の年次推移、調査方法、検討内容、提起された問題について分析を行った。その結果、(1)社会的に未受診妊婦問題が認知されるとともに、2008 年以降の研究報告数は増加しているが、調査方法については施設ごとの実態調査報告が中心で、県内や複数の施設に対する質問紙調査も散見するが少数であった。(2)分析視点としては、母児双方の合併症のリスクを取り上げたものが多く、次いで対象の社会経済的背景について検討する傾向があった。(3)主に提起された問題は、啓発活動の充実、地域の医療機関や行政との連携、健診促進のための体制整備の必要性、行政の経済的支援の必要性であった。今後の課題としては、多くの実態調査で明らかとなった問題点に対して、施設における体制整備など具体的対策を講じ、それを評価していく研究の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to review literatures of non-examination pregnant women's problems, and to have clarified directionality and the problem in the future. 72 collected Japanese literature ware original paper 20, minutes 38, and explanations 14. This analysis object was assumed to be original paper 20 and minutes 38. We took a general view of the transition of the number of literatures, and analyzed the search procedure, the analysis aspect, and the problem. The number of literatures increased after 2008. The main search procedure was investigation of actual conditions of each facility. Many of reports described mother and child's coexisting illness risks. The main problem ware the following four points :(1) Enhancement of educational campaign, (2) Cooperation of medical institution and the administration, (3) Necessity of system maintenance for health examination promotion, (4) Necessity of economic support by the administration. The ideal way of the evaluation to the system-making in facilities and approaches was shown as directionality of the research topic in the future. |
