| 内容記述 | 本研究は、看護学生への教育用として開発した新生児沐浴e-learning を授業に活用し、その有用性を評価することを目的とした。A 看護大学3 年生126 名を対象に、沐浴の実技演習前にe-learning を視聴することを推奨し、演習終了後に教材に対する意見の記述を求めた。学生の単位習得後に改めて分析用のデータとして使用することを説明し、同意を得た108 名の自由記述内容を分析対象とした。 108 名の記述内容について、開発者（教員）が意図した7 つの教育課題に対応させて検討した結果、6つの課題に対応する記述があった。その中で、とくに教育課題の改善に向けて効果があったと思われた内容は、「新生児のサインと相互作用の理解」「技術と解剖学、生理学の知識を関連づけた学習」「安全かつ適切な技術の習得」の3 つであった。一部の学生は本教材の視聴を繰り返し学習への動機づけを高めていた。加えて、教員にとっても通常より短い時間で効率的な授業実施につながった。以上のことから、本教材は授業への活用において一定の有用性と効果があったと考えられる。 |

| 内容記述 | E-learning material was designed and implemented to teach newborn bathing techniques to nursing students. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the laboratory practice using the newborn bathing e-learning materials. The survey was conducted with 126 students who had been encouraged to use the material before laboratory practice to evaluate the usefulness of the tool. It was qualitatively analyzed for “comments on the use of e-learning” by 108 students in 126. In the analysis, and free description content by students 108 people, it was studied by correspondence seven of education problems. As a result, there is a description corresponding to the six education problems. Among them, in particular, were many descriptions of the three education problems. These were “understanding the signs and the interaction of the newborn” and “linking bathing techniques with previous knowledge of anatomy and physiology”, “learning safety and appropriate techniques”. Some of the students also showed higher motivation to learn and to repeat the learning experience because they found the material attractive. In addition, teachers conducted their classes more efficiently and in less time than usually. From the above, this materials was considered that there was a certain utility and effectiveness in the use of the teaching. |
