| 内容記述 | This study is concerned with the part-time employment of farmhouse woman. Part-time employment, looked on one of the employment style shifting from agriculture to another, cause influences not only on household management but also on agricultural management, rural community, and so on. This paper (the first article) deals mainly with influential conditions of farmhouse woman which bring variety on their employment. Two study areas were chosen for investigations from a viewpoint of the contrast concerning employment of farmhouse woman between the South-Kantoh district and Hokuriku district from analysis on census of farmhouse employment. Questionnaire were distributed widely among married farmhouse woman through aguricultural co-operative branch office in Kawagoe and Matuto. Using the questionnaire and hearing, information was collected concerning their employment and influential conditions of them. The results can be summarized that the personal and household attributes (e.g.her own age, family life-stage, agricultural management scale and content, husband employment) are the conditions which influence employment of farmhouse woman. Particulaly, part-time employment of farmhouse woman are influenced by her own age and agricultural management conditions. |
