| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,地域で生活する健康な人を対象にした基礎看護学実習に対する取り組みを検討し,今後の課題を明らかにすることである。研究方法は,本学1年次生に対して,実習終了後に提出した実習の学びについて自由記述したレポートの分析を行った。学生は対象者と出会い,対話や行動をともにすることを通して,地域で生活する対象者の生活や環境,生活と健康との関連について理解を深めていた。これらの結果は,対象者の笑顔ややさしい言葉などの肯定的な情緒的体験が,学生の他者や自分に対する信頼感となって,対象者との人間関係が形成されたことに影響していたこと及び,学生が実習体験を振り返り,自分をみつめ,成長していくことができる教員の関わりが影響していた。今後,学生の学習プロセスを重視し,持てる能力を育成する教員の関わりの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the state of basic nursing practice for healthy people in the community, and clarify its future problems. First-year students in our college performed basic nursing practice in the community and presented freely described reports of what they learned after the completion of pr actice. The students deepened their understanding of the life and environment of the residents in the community and the association between life and health by interacting with them. The students receiving positive emotional experiences such as smiles and kind words developed reliance on themselves and others, and establi shed human relations with the residents. In addition, teachers' interventions enabled the students to look back on the practice experience, evaluate themselves, and grow. The results of this study also suggested the necessity for teachers' interventions that attach importance to the students' learning process and cultivate their ability. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
