| 内容記述 | 本調査は、継続看護が必要な患児に対する地域連携の現状を明らかにするために、北部九州圏の政令都市およびその周辺地域の一次医療機関、二次医療機関、三次医療機関および行政機関(222 施設)に対して行った実態調査である。地域連携を行っている施設では専門部署を設け、看護職を専任の担当者として多く起用していた。また地域連携により「患児・家族からの相談・対応」「他機関とのカンファレンス」等が可能となったことや「患児・家族に安心を示す反応あった」「関係機関とのネットワークが広がった」等といった成果がみられたことが明らかとなった。一方、地域連携を行う中での障害や地域連携を行っていない施設における課題として、「担当窓口が一元化されていない」「誰と連携していいかわからない」などの専門部署や専任の担当者を置いていないことが明らかとなった。また、患児・家族を支える施設には社会福祉施設や教育機関など多岐にわたり、患児・家族の抱える問題は多様化・多重化していた。このことから関係機関同士のネットワークづくりと、それをコーディネートする担当者として看護職者の起用が望ましいという示唆をえた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to clarify the situation of regional cooperation for pediatric patients who requirecontinuous nursing, this study researched 222 institutions including the densely populated cities inthe north Kyushu area, the neighboring local primary medical institutions, secondary medicalinstitutions, tertiary care medical institutions and administrative agencies. The institutions thatperformed regional cooperation had specialized departments, and many people were recruited asfull-time nursing staff.Through regional cooperation it became possible to enable consultation and correspondencefrom pediatric patients and family members and to conduct conferences with other organizations.The observed results were that there was a reaction of relief in the pediatric patients and familymembers, and an expansion of the network with other related organizations. On the other hand, itwas clear that the challenges of performing regional cooperation and the problems of theinstitutions that do not perform regional cooperation arose from not utilizing specializeddepartments and full-time personnel, such as the assigned counters not being unified and the lackof understanding of who to cooperate with.There were many institutions that supported pediatric patients and family members such associal welfare institutions and educational institutions, and the problems of the pediatric patientsand the family members were both diversified and multiplexed.From these factors, in order to make a network between the related organizations, theexistence of a nursing staff to coordinate the above is extremely necessary. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
