| 内容記述 | 本研究は、国際活動に参加する赤十字看護師に対する人材育成プログラム策定の基礎資料とするために、九州の赤十字医療施設で勤務する看護師に対し、赤十字国際活動に対する意識に関する実態調査である。結果、国際活動に対する看護師の意識の高さが明らかになった。特に、看護経験年数の少ない20代前半の看護師の存在や、30歳前後の中堅看護師が語学力を身につけ国際活動に対し高い参加意識があることも明らかになった。また、看護大学出身の看護師の意識の高さにも注目する点があった。この調査から国際活動に対する日本赤十字九州国際看護大学と、熊本赤十字病院および福岡赤十字病院の両施設の救援活動および卒後人材育成を連携した、「大学教育から就業後の継続教育としての国際救援活動キャリア開発ラダー」構築、および九州版「国際活動に携わる赤十字看護師のキャリア開発ラダー」活用に関して若干の示唆を得たので報告する。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research is on the actual conditions of consciousness of nurses working at the Red Cross Hospitals in Kyushu for the Red Cross international activities. The purpose is to get the basic data of personnel development program for the Red Cross nurses who will be engaged in the international activities. The results of the research showed that the nurses were highly motivated in international activities. Especially the nurses in twenties and early thirties with a little experience had high motivation and were learning foreign languages. It was remarkable that the nurses graduated from college had a high motivation and were learning foreign languages. It was remarkable that the nurses graduated from college had a high motivation to international activities. This research also gave us some suggestions for development of "international rescue operation career development ladder as a continuous education of undergraduates and graduates" and application of "the Kyushu version of rescue activities in cooperation with The Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing, Kumamoto Red Cross Hospital, and Fukuoka Red Cross Hospital. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
