Therefore I did research about an educational problem of Care manager.\r\n  An investigation method : I did three times of questionary survey for Care manager of M City by 2005 from 2003.\r\n  A result : The aga of Care manager had many 50 years old from 40 years old. Entries of the other type of job increased depending on needs of a user.
