 note = {http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110006572864, application/pdf, 訪問看護では、家族への援助は不可欠だが、看護師の力量で実践しており、理論的根拠に基づいた実際に可能な方法論の構築が必要である。そこで家族看護学に基づいた概念の中から実践できる方法を見出したいと考え、その第1 段階として家族看護実践への訪問看護師の認識を明らかにした。方法は、アクションリサーチに基づき、A 訪問看護ステーション(以下ステーションとする)で学習会(6 回)および事例検討会(4 回)を行い主題に取り組んだ。対象者はA ステーションの看護師11 名でデータは学習会で出た意見や終了後の調査用紙とし、まとまりのある内容ごとに抽出し質的に分析した。記述内容は92で主題について否定的、肯定的な見方に分けられた。否定的な見方では、『訪問看護の場の特徴からの障壁』『看護師自身の家族への関わりに対する価値観』『実践する内容の難しさ』、肯定的な見方では、『家族看護学の重要性の認知』『系統立てて家族を見る重要性への気づき』『取り入れられる方法の存在』『自分の学習姿勢の変化』のカテゴリーを抽出した。家族看護学の概念は難しく実践には困難と受けとめ易い様であった。療養者へのサービス提供という明確な契約関係での人的、時間的限界、加えて看護師自身の家族への関わりに対する価値観が障壁となっていると考えられた。しかし、意図的な質問などを実践し始めた者もおり、看護師の家族への関わりの価値観を変える取り組みの重要性が示唆された。, Visiting nurses use their expertise to give support to a family at home. Consequently, we want to investigate what practical methods we can employ in family nursing. Initially, we want to clarify the perception of a visiting nurse for family nursing. In this qualitative study, we used an action research as an approach.
  Part of our research comprised of six study sessions. Four more sessions, held in a visiting nursing station, were for case studies. The collaborators were 11 nurses who worked in the station. Data was collected during the sessions, including a questionnaire which was administered in the final session. We broke down the data into negative and positive viewpoint, and in all there were 92 items. Negative viewpoint consisted of three categories; "Barrier to the uniqueness of the home care field", "The beliefs of the nurse and their effect on relation with a family", "Difficulty to practice". Positive viewpoint consisted of, "The awareness of the importance family nursing", "The importance of assessing a family systematically", "The application of taught methods", "A change in one's leaning motivation".
  There is a clear contractual relationship for a service between client and visiting nurse. In addition, we are feeling a lack of manpower and temporal limit. Therefore visiting nurses expressed ambivalence towards family nursing practice. However, some subjects had begun to practice family assessments at home.
  We need to encourage their initiatives and plan our study sessions to help change the beliefs of visiting nurses towards family nursing intervention.},
