 note = {http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110006569430, application/pdf, 人間関係論演習の一環として看護大学2 年生の希望者を対象に、構成的グループ・エンカウンターを4年間実施した。その結果、参加前後の気持ちや自己イメージの変化は、いずれも肯定的に変化していた。またオープナー・スケールも肯定的に有意に変化していたため、相手をリラックスさせ自己開示を促す能力が向上していることが示唆された。また、実施後3 ヶ月、1 年後にフォローアップ・アンケートを実施した結果、自己理解や他者理解の深まり、新しい人間関係の形成、自己課題の発見など実施直後と同様の結果が得られ効果の持続が示唆された。また、グループ体験が臨地実習やグループワークに活かされているという結果も得られた。今後の課題として、対象が多くなった場合、抵抗を感じる学生やエクササイズを消化すればよいと感じる学生が出てくることが考えられるため、エクササイズの工夫や適正なファシリテーターの指導方法の検討が必要である。, We carried out the structural group encounter for 63 second-year students of a nursing college for 4 years between 2002 and 2005, as part as practice of the human relations approach. As a result, we found the affirmative changes in the participants' feelings and self-images. And as the Opener Scale also changed affirmatively and meaningfully, we realized that they could make other relax and improved the ability to encourage others to open others' mind.
  Three months after and one year after, we carried out the follow-up questionnaires and got the results that self-understanding and the understanding of others deepened, new human relationships were formed, and that their own subjects were found out. And furthermore, we also got the result that the group experiences were made good use for practical training and group work.
  As our future subject, considering that the number of the participants will increase and some of the participants will be reluctant, we'll have to figure out some way to raise efficiency of the exercise and find out experts who can facilitate the exercise.},
