@article{oai:jrckicn.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000834, author = {阿部, オリエ and ABE, Orie}, issue = {1}, journal = {日本赤十字看護学会誌, Journal of the Japanese Red Cross Society of Nursing Science}, month = {}, note = {application/pdf, 目的 成人看護学(急性期)実習における看護系大学生の看護上の判断力を育成するために,学生と共にケアを実施している臨地実習指導者に焦点をあて,臨地実習指導者が,学生が行う受け持ち患者への「ケア実施に伴う決定」をどのように捉え,学生に関わっているのかを明らかにすることを目的とした. 方法 修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いた質的探索的研究. 結果 学生の看護上の判断力育成に向けた臨地実習指導者の関わりは,ケア実施前の〈学生を患者理解に引き寄せたすり合わせ〉,ケア実施中の〈患者の安全を前提とした上での学生とのケア実施〉,ケア実施後の〈学生の意識化を促し患者の状態理解へとつなげていく〉というプロセスで示された. 結論 学生の看護上の判断力育成に向けては,看護上の判断自体の妥当性を検討するためにも深い患者理解と,判断するという1点だけではなく,継続的な学生へのおさえが不可欠であることが示唆された., Objective: In this study, the authors aimed at focusing on clinical instructors who performed patient care with nursing college students in adult nursing (acute phase) training, and clarifying how the instructors grasp judgments made by the students for their patient care, so as to obtain suggestion for betterment of students’ nursing judgments during clinical practice. Method: The study design is a exploratory study design based on the Modied Grounded Theory Approach. Result: Involvement of the clinical instructors for students’ nursing judgments consisted of before care practice, while practicing care and after the care practice. Conclusion: For betterment of students’ judgment in their nursing care, the clinical practice instructors let them perform care independently so that they could make judgment by themselves. Furthermore, after care practice, the students traced back their behaviors before and while practicing nursing care while the instructors promoted the remembrance of the students for judgment in nursing care.
