@article{oai:jrckicn.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000077, author = {SAKAI, Yasue and 酒井, 康江 and MATSUO, Kazue and 松尾, 和枝 and MIYAJI, Fumiko and 宮地, 文子 and KAMACHI, Chigusa and 蒲池, 千草}, journal = {日本赤十字九州国際看護大学intramural research report, The Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing, intramural research report}, month = {Jun}, note = {http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110006874063, application/pdf, 日本赤十字九州国際看護大学(以下、本学と略す)・地域看護学実習Iのプログラムと指導法の改善を図る目的で、平成18年度に地域看護学実習Iを履修した4期生122名の実習目標評価表と実習終了後質問票から、実習目標達成度の自己評価と実習目標の達成に関連する要因を分析した。その結果、わが国看護系大学カリキュラムの地域看護学実習内容(在宅看護分野を除く)に対応させて筆者らが設定した地域看護実習Iの5つの目標に対する20の小目標について、学生は19の小目標を「できた・よくできた」と評価し、うち4小項目は特に高い学習達成感を示した。評価が低い小目標は、学童・思春期と成人期の健康管理システムの理解で、本来は学校保健や産業保健分野の実習施設で経験する項目であった。実習目標の達成を促進する要因として、健康教育の企画・実施の体験、保健師による家庭訪問の同行、保健事業への参加、さらに保健師等実習指導者から得た説明や助言を挙げていた。また実習最終日の学内報告会で、実習上で体験できなかった内容の理解を深めていた。今後の実習目標達成度向上に当たっては、(1)健康教育の企画と実施、家庭訪問への同行、多様な保健事業への参加、(2)実習後の学内報告会の充実、(3)学生が理解しやすい実習小目標の提示とオリエンテーション、(4)学生の実習目標達成度の客観的評価の実施について、さらに工夫する必要性が示唆された。, The regional nursing training "I" enforced in 2006 as a practical nursing training program is an attempt to improve the guidance methods. The evaluation sheets with questionnaires were provided for 122 fourth year students and collected after the training. Thereafter, the factors related to the self-evaluation of the training accomplishments and the training goals were analyzed. As a result, regarding the regional nursing training college curriculum content of the Japan's nursing system (excluding the home-care field), the students have commented "good" or "very good" for 19 out of 20 sub-goals of the 5 main goals of local nursing training, and also they have evaluated "very good" for 4 sub-goals. Sub-goals in which they had low evaluation were originally practical things they had to receive in the facilities for school hygiene and industrial health in order to understand the students and teenagers' health care system and the adult's health care system. Main factors to promote the achievement of training goals were mentioned as follows; sanitary education to students that was planned and enforced, home visits that were conducted by public health nurses, the participation in the activities that were enforced in various institutions and explanations and advice were provided by public health nurses. In addition, at the college conference that was held after the training, a deeper understanding was obtained about the contents which could not be achieve training goals in future are as follows. Some actions suggested to achieve training goals in future are as follows. 1. Planning and enforcing the health education, accompanying for home visits and participating in various health duties. 2. Providing enrichment to the reporting society after the training. 3. The presentation and the orientation of training sub-goals which students are easy to understand. 4.
