{"created":"2023-06-19T13:30:44.163244+00:00","id":675,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"73439285-834f-45ab-a063-7a5840ca0eec"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"675","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"675"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jrckicn.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000675","sets":[]},"author_link":["1289"],"item_10010_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"タイトルのヨミ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"イワテケン エイヨウシカイ ニ ヨル ヒサイチ デ ノ ショク ノ シエン"}]},"item_10010_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2014-01-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_10010_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"video/mp4","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10010_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"皆さん、今回のマイクロレクチャー（オンライン講座）は「被災地での食の支援の本」に関するお話です。\n\n昨年末、岩手県栄養士会による「そのとき被災地は」という本が出版されました。副題は「栄養士が支えた命の食」となっています。東日本大震災後の岩手県において、被災地の支援としてなされた貴重な行動記録です。\n\n岩手県栄養士会の福田会長は前書きで、以下のように書いておられます。「この血涙の記は、単なる栄養士の災害行動記録ではありません。我々の経験を語ることで、今後いつ起きるか分らない大災害に備え、『何が起きたか』『何をしたか』『何ができなかったのか』それらを踏まえて『今後はどう対処すべきか』を検証したいとの思いを込めて制作いたしました。」\n\n私はこの本を読んで、これはアクションリサーチの一つの形であることを確信しました。アクションリサーチとは1940 年代アメリカの社会学者レビン（ドイツで生まれアメリカに移住）が初めて用いた言葉です。望ましい社会の実現に向けて「変化」を促すべく、研究者は現場に「介入」し、研究者と研究対象者が共同して展開する社会実践と位置付けられます。今、研究者という言葉を使いましたが、この研究者という言葉の一般的な理解は、この本に登場する栄養士の皆様には、当てはまらないでしょう。そうではなく、実践者として現場に入られた栄養士の皆さんの考え方の中に、研究の、あるいは研究者の、本来あるべき姿が示されていると感じました。\n\nこの本は全体で42章からなり、１章から６章までは行政機関、 7章から10章までは医療機関、 11章から15章までは福祉施設、 16章から19章は学校幼稚園、20章から28章は地域支援、2930章は活動支援拠点、31章以後はその他、となっており、拠点別に被災地における食の支援の多様な状況がまとめられています。私は、 32章を書かれた乙木先生が支援されているN村を、昨年、冬に訪問させていただきました。\n\n岩手県立大学盛岡短期学部の学生さんたちの炊き出し支援には、残念ながら立ち会えませんでしたが、貴重なお話を伺えました。例えば、毎回の炊き出しの支援に、地域の方々が配膳時間の数時間も前から行列を作ることがあり、それがなぜかを考察する中で、非常時の食をどのように支えるかにつき、多くの手がかりが得られていることが理解でき印象的でした。\n\nこの貴重な本は、岩手県栄養士会が公益法人として利益なしで出版したもので、同栄養士会のホームページから注文用紙をダウンロードすると faxで注文が可能です。 1人でも多くの皆様にこの貴重な記録をお読みいただきたく思います。\n\n（守山正樹）","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10010_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"対話を育てるアクションリサーチ ;
