@article{oai:jrckicn.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000620, author = {NAGAMATSU, Miyuki and 永松, 美雪}, issue = {2}, journal = {思春期学 = ADOLESCENTOLOGY, 思春期学 = ADOLESCENTOLOGY}, month = {Jun}, note = {http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/10012826292, application/pdf, 看護学生は周産期の対象に比べ,思春期の対象への関心は低い。そこで,母性看護学実習に健康な思春期の特徴を理解させる目的で,小・中学校保健実習を取り入れた。3年次学生46人を対象として,小学校14校・中学校9校で実習を行い,実習評価表および実習記録より,目標別学習到達度と実習体験内容を分析した。また, 実習前・実習直後・実習3か月後にアンケートを行い思春期の対象に対する関心度の変化を検討した。 1)すべ ての目標の学習到達度は70点以上であった。 2)思春期の対象を観察し,直接かかわる実習体験をした学生が多 かった。3)実習前に比較して実習直後は思春期の対象への関心が有意に高まった。関心が非常にあると答えた学生が実習直後と比べて,実習3か月後は減少した。 4)実習前に比較して実習3か月後は思春期の対象に自主的にかかわった学生が増加した等,実習の成果が認められた。今後は思春期の対象への関心を継続させることが課題である。, Nursing students tend to have less interest in adolescence than in perinatal period. Therefore, an internship program at the elementary and junior high school health class was incorporated into a maternity nursing training course so that nursing students could learn about characteristics of adolescence. Forty-six 3rd grade nursing students participated in the internship program introduced at 14 elementary and 9 junior high schools. An analysis was made on the students' academic achievements in each target performance area as well as on their learning experience. For the analyzing purpose the internship evaluation and records of nursing students were used. In addition surveys were conducted immediately before and after internship, plus 3 month after the program so as to study changes in students' interest in adolescence. The findings were as follows: 1 . Academic achievements of the students were 70 points or higher in all performance areas . 2. Most students made observation of or were directly involved in the subject of adolescence . 3 . Post-internship students showed significantly higher interest in adolescence than in pre-internship period. However, compared with the immediate post period, such strong interest was found to have decreased in 3 months after internship. 4. The increasing number of students became involved in the subject of adolescence even 3 months after the completion of internship.
