research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/130005133451","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"介護予防に向けたフットケアの効果を検証するため，在宅高齢者11人を対象に足浴，ヤスリがけ，マッサージ，足部の運動を実施し，ケア前後における活動性や転倒自己効力感，足部の形態・機能，立位・歩行機能の変化を検討した。ケア介入後，活動性は向上，転倒不安感は低下し，末梢循環や筋疲労に起因する足部の変調が改善した。足底部の角質化や胼胝は消失・改善した。立位保持に重要な足底部の触圧覚も有意に向上した。末梢血液量には有意な変化はなかったものの皮膚表面温度は有意に上昇していた。開眼片足立ちは有意な変化ではないが保持時間は長くなっており，Functional Reachは有意に長くなった。10m最大速歩行が有意に速くなり，TUGは速くなる傾向がみられた。また，下肢筋力に関する足趾間把持力も左足が有意に強くなった。今回実施したフットケアは，足部の問題解決のみならず介護予防の一義的目標である立位・歩行機能を維持・向上できることが示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"一般社団法人
