The study was conducted in September 2008, aiming at 43 female freshmen (18.6 ±0.7 years old on average) who agreed on this study and studied dietetics, dietary habits and science, practice in cooking, and clinical dietetics that ware included in the course of lectures on dietary life and nutrition (compulsory subject for the first term: 45 hr), of which 23 were living by herself and 20 ware living together with their parents.\n Favorable behavior modification for themselves was expected because they ware highly interested in food and nutrition, but it was known that they did not want to spend money on food and had resistance to cooking. Therefore, presentation of specific ideas for improvement was considered to lead to am improvement in the awareness of healthy living practice. Although their interest in the dietary life was high, the nutrient ingestion frequency was low on the whole, and only 30% of the students, whether they ware living by herself or living together with their parents, took milk, fruit, green and yellow vegetables, and fish every day.
