report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110004813740","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"九州ブロックN系列9病院に働く看護職者に対し、看護職のキャリア形成に向けた学習ニーズの実態を明らかにするために質問紙調査を行った。有効回答数は482名で、結果の概要は以下のとおりであった。1)約6割以上の人は職務満足が高く、今後の職業継続意志を持っているが、迷っている人も3割と比較的多かった。2)キャリア形成の条件である家族のサポートは良好だが、職場の学習意欲を促進するような雰囲気や同僚の理解などは5割程度であった。3)学習活動では院内外の研修会参加、専門書の購入は多いが、学会参加は比較的少ない。4)取得したい資格は専門看護師、認定看護師、中でも「がん看護」「救急看護」が多い。5)希望する学習の内容には、医学的知識、人間の尊厳・倫理に関すること、人間関係に関することなど、質の高い看護を志向するものが多かった。九州ブロックN系列の看護教育機関として、看護職者のキャリア形成と学習ニーズに応えるための示唆が得られたと言える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15019/00000137","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本赤十字九州国際看護大学"}]},"item_10002_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"©2005
