report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110004813749","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"訪問看護師の訪問看護を行うことによって生じる負担と精神的健康状態および首尾一貫感覚(SOC)との関係を明らかにする目的で、福岡県内の訪問看護ステーションに勤務する訪問看護師に調査を依頼し、有効回答を得た102名の結果を分析した。対象者は、全員女性で、40歳代の既婚者で子供がいる者が多かった。精神健康状態は良好とはいえなかったが、首尾一貫感覚(SOC)が高いほど、精神健康状態が良好になることが明らかとなった。訪問看護に伴う負担は、訪問看護師の精神健康状態に直接的に影響していなかった。その1つである「多くのことをひとりで判断すること」は、訪問看護の経験ではなく看護経験の長さに影響し、そのような訪問看護師に対する特別な配慮が必要であると考えられた。また訪問看護師は、SOCの3つの要素のうち、把握可能性、有意味感が高く、処理可能感が低いために、問題解決のための資源をあきらめず探しつづけ、正の方向に押し上げる力をもつといえる。従って、訪問看護師が問題解決できる資源を準備することが重要であることを示唆している。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15019/00000107","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本赤十字九州国際看護大学"}]},"item_10002_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"©2005
