          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">生活習慣の改善の必要性を認識した個人が、どのようなhealth literacy(以下、HL)を用いて健康情報を入手し、どのように行動変容しているかというプロセスを明らかにし、HL の構成概念を検討することを目的とした。特定健康診査を受診し、動機付け支援と判定され特定保健指導を受けるA 市の60 歳代女性を対象に、身体活動と食事に関する健康行動とHL について、特定健康診査・特定保健指導(以下、特定診査・指導)場面の観察と半構成的面接による質的探索的研究を行った。観察・面接結果からHL と健康行動に関わるテクストを抽出し、村田らのHL 指標に準拠して分析した結果、対象者が生活習慣を改善するための健康行動の実践において発揮したHL として、村田らのHL 指標と共通するfunctionalhealth literacy(以下、FHL)、interactive health literacy(以下、IHL)、 critical health literacy(以下、CHL)これらに分類されないHL が見出された。このHL は自分の生活を振り返って理解し思考する能力であるので、reflectivehealth literacy(以下、RHL)とした。RHL は保健指導場面の内容を自分のこととして振り返る能力として発揮されており、生活習慣改善における重要性が示唆された。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">The purpose of this study is to clarify the process which the aged people who collect a healthinformation by health literacy and make health behavioral change to exam the construct of healthliteracy. The targets are women in their sixties in A city, who have an annual checkup and guidance.An exploratory qualitative study was conducted based on observation of checkup and guidance andthe semi-structured interview. The texts of health literacy and behavior extracted from the result ofobservation and interviews was analysed based on Murata's health literacy index. The construct ofhealth literacy were classified into 4 categories such as functional, interactive, critical and otherhealth literacy. As the fourth literacy is competency to reflect and think about one's life, we havenamed reflective health literacy. In conclusion, it is suggested that reflective health literacy shouldimpact on behavioral changes into healthy lifestyle.</datacite:description>
